毕继诚 男 , 1963年12月生,山西太原人。1984年7月毕业于天津大学化学工程系化学工程专业,同年8月到中国科学院山西煤炭化学研究所工作。1990年6月在中国科学院山西煤炭化学研究所获硕士学位,1996年3月在日本成蹊大
