个人简介
杨青,女,1980年6月生,博士,副教授,博士生导师,硕士生导师
2006年在浙江大学硅材料国家重点实验室获得浙江大学工科博士学位,进入浙江大学现代光学仪器国家重点实验室进行微纳材料制备和光电子器件制备的研究。2008年晋升副教授。2009年10月受浙江大学“新星计划”派遣,到纳米领域国际知名小组Prof.Zhong Lin Wang课题组进行纳米压电光电子学的研究。回国后在浙江大学现代光学仪器国家重点实验室进行微纳光子学和纳米压电光电子学等方面的科研和教学工作。主讲“光谱技术及应用”本科生和研究生课程。
多年来一直从事低维微纳材料制备和微纳器件研制工作,在材料合成、特性测试、微纳光子器件和纳米压电器件方面具有丰富的理论知识和实践经验。
在Nano Letters, ACS Nano, Advanced Materials, Applied Physics Letters和Optics Express 等学术期刊上发表论文20余篇,获得中国专利授权5项,申请美国专利2项。作为项目负责人,主持国家自然科学基金2项,中国博士后基金1项。作为主要参加人员(前三)参与国家自然科学基金2项。作为主要人员参与国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)课题。获得浙江省科学技术奖一等奖1次。入选浙江省新世纪151人才工程第三层次。
目前主要研究领域为纳米材料、纳米光子学、纳米压电光电子学和自驱动微纳器件系统等。
